Receta Graham Date Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 individual pack graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 2/3 c. crumbs)
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. dates, minced
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Combine flour, crumbs, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon, butter, sugar, Large eggs and orange juice in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed till dry ingredients are moistened. Beat at medium speed 3 min. Stir in dates and nuts. Bake in a floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan, about 65 min at 350 degrees. Cold 10 min, then remove from pan.
- Makes 1 (9") loaf.
