Receta Gramma's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin (14 ounce. tin)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoonginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 10 inch uncooked pie shell
Direcciones
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, flour, salt and spices. Beat Large eggs slightly and add in to pumpkin mix. Stir in lowfat milk and orange juice. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then reduce oven to 325 degrees and continue to bake for 35-40 min or possibly till knife blade inserted in center comes out clean.
