Receta Gramma Van Meter's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 med. bananas (ripe)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. melted butter or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. diced candied cherries
Direcciones
- Mash bananas, stir in remaining ingredients. Add in nutmeats and cherries. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
