Receta Grammie Wagoner's Chicken Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. fryer
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
- 4 boiled Large eggs
- 1 recipe pastry dough
Direcciones
- Stew chicken till tender in seasoned water. Remove bones and dice meat. Heat butter in skillet, stir in flour. Add in broth and lowfat milk. Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Place half of chicken in casserole. Pour sauce over layer of chicken. Add in pepper and sliced boiled Large eggs over chicken and sauce. Add in rest of chicken. Cover with latticed pie crust. Bake in 400 degree oven till brown.
