- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk mixed with reg. lowfat milk to make 1-qt
Direcciones
- Cook rice till tender, drain. In bowl mix beaten Large eggs, sugar, vanilla, lowfat milk and nutmeg. Add in lowfat milk mix to cooked rice and heat to ALMOST BOILING - Cold AND Chill.
