Receta Quick, Easy Lemon Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- Yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
- 2 T flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 T cornstarch
- Dash salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
Direcciones
- Follow directions on cake mix. Bake in 9 inch cake pans.Mix streusel and put on top of one of the layer cakes. Let cakes cool.
- To make filling, put all ingredients in saucepan and stir constantly till thick. Chill for 2 hrs and then put filling in between layers, streusel on top and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
