Receta Grandkid's Favorite Yam Mallow Crisp

Ingredientes
- 2 (1 lb., 1 ounce.) cans yams
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 3/4.c flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Direcciones
- Place yams in shallow 6 x 10 inch baking dish (one layer). Pour orange juice over yams. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Cut in butter till mix looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle with marshmallows and broil till lightly brown.
- NOTE: To avoid burning marshmallows, add in them about 5 min before yams are done and brown in regular oven instead of under the broiler. Serves 6.
