Receta Grandma Fordham's Harvest Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree (or possibly 1 can)
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Cut sugar and shortening together. Add in 4 Large eggs and mix; blend in pumpkin puree; add in dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for about 60 min or possibly till done. Makes 4 loaves.
