Receta Grandma Hayner's Filled Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Raisin or possibly date filling can be used or possibly any jam. Apricot is good. Put dough in refrigerator awhile and it will roll out easier. Roll out on floured board thin and cut with glass. Put a teaspoonful of filling in the center and then top with another layer of dough. Healthy pinch the edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
