Receta Grandma Seem's Lemon Sponge Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- Dash salt
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 lemon rind, grated
- Pie shell, unbaked
- 4 teaspoon flour
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 5 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, flour, salt and melted butter. Separate 3 Large eggs. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat egg yolks and add in 5 Tbsp. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. Stir into sugar mix. Add in lowfat milk and mix well. Mix in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
