Receta Grandma's Potato Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 6 med. potatoes (grated)
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 T flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Peel and grate potatoes and onion. Add in large eggs and other ingredients. Drop by spoonful into well greased frying pan. Brown on both sides. Good served with lowfat sour cream or possibly applesauce.
