Receta Grandma's Spinach Loaf

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. spinach
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/4 c. wheat cereal or possibly crunch
- 1/4 c. canned lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
Direcciones
- Chop spinach and nuts. Mix in Large eggs, lowfat milk and crumbs. Bake in a loaf pan greased with corn oil. Pour cream of celery soup over top when serving or possibly if Jack cheese used, bake 3 min over top of 400 degrees, about 10 min. Then 20 min at lower temperature.
