Receta Grandma's Sweet Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 egg, beat slightly
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (each muffin) jelly (optional)
- Variations:
- 1/2 c. finely minced apples
- 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. blueberries
Direcciones
- Add in lowfat milk and oil to egg and mix. Mix together dry ingredients and add one lump. Stir till moist. If you like, add in apples, nuts, raisins or possibly blueberries. Place dough in 12 muffin c. liners. If you like, place jelly on top of each c. of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
