Receta Grandma's Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 lrg Sweet potatoes -- cooked & Mashed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed light brown Sugar
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Pecans -- minced
Direcciones
- 1. Combine sugar, butter, syrup, and Large eggs. Add in salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Beat with mixer till fluffy. Stir in mashed potatoes. Spoon mix into a greased 2-qt baking dish.
- 2. Prepare topping: Mix all topping ingredients together in a small bowl till crumbly.
- 3. Sprinkle topping over potato mix and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
