Receta Grandma's Winter Relish

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. cans tomatoes minced
- 2 onions, minced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. salt (coarse or possibly Kosher is best)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar (not wine)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice (or possibly cloves)
Direcciones
- Mix. Simmer for approximately 2 hrs till thickened. Some of the liquid from tomatoes may be liquid removed for a thicker relish.
