Receta Grandma Ticky's Chocolate Icebox Dessert

Ingredientes
- 4 bars German chocolate (sweet)
- 10 Large eggs, separated
- 2 boxes vanilla wafers
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp. warm water
Direcciones
- Layer 9x9 inch pan with wafers. Heat chocolate slowly in double boiler. As soon as chocolate is melted add in egg yolks one at a time. Add in warm water after egg yolks are in. Add in powdered sugar. Beat egg whites in large bowl. Add in chocolate mix slowly folding into egg whites. If mix gets stiff, add in a little water. (Folding means rolling egg whites over - not stirring.) Pour 1/3 of mix over wafers. Add in another layer of wafers plus 1/3 mix till wafers end up on top. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
