- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 pound boneless veal, cubed
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
Direcciones
- 1. Brown veal in extra virgin olive oil.
- 2. Add in peppers and garlic.
- 3. Cover and simmer till peppers start to get tender.
- 4. Add in tomato sauce, cover and simmer for about another 1/2 hour.
