Receta Grandmother Merrill's Chili Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 x Large Onion
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 15 ounce (1 Cn) Tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 2 x Pickled Peppers(Warm Or possibly Mild)
Direcciones
- Finely chop onions and peppers; mix with sugar, vinegar, and salt. Cook slowly till onions are tender. Chop tomatoes, and add in to the mix, add in allspice and cinnamon; stir well and cook 3 min. This makes 4 c. of sauce. Good on dry peas or possibly beans, boiled cabbage, etc.
