Receta Grandmother's Chocolate Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Sift together first 4 ingredients. Gradually add in lowfat milk to keep smooth. Add in egg yolks and butter. Cook over low heat till thickened (in microwave 8 min on high or possibly till boils, stir every 4 min). Cold and add in vanilla. Pour into baked and cooled pie shell. Top with meringue.
