Receta Grandmother's Cobbler Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 1/2 c. fruit & juice
Direcciones
- Heat 1 stick of butter in baking dish. In bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and lowfat milk. (I use self-rising flour.) Pour batter mix into baking dish and add in the fruit on top (with juice) on top of the batter. The batter rises to the top as pie cooks. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min, not over 45 min.
