Receta Grandmother's Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Uncooked regular rice
- 1 quart Whole lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon or possibly nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Sugar (white or possibly brown)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Raisins, Optional
- 2 x Large eggs, Optional
Direcciones
- Wash rice, add in remaining ingredients and pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake in 275 degree oven 3 hrs. Stir frequently during first hour. Add in 1/2 c. raisins or possibly 2 Large eggs during last 1/2 hour.
