Ingredientes

8 ounce Dry blackeyed peas
1 lb Sausage
3 can Tomatoes
2 c. Water
1 Tbsp. Black pepper
2 Tbsp. Garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr

Direcciones

Cover the blackeyed peas in water and soak overnight. Drain peas. Saute/fry sausage meat till done. Add in tomatoes, water, spices. Simmer one hour.
