Receta Grape Chicken Salad With Almonds

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Seedless grapes
- 2 c. Cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 c. Thinly sliced sweet red pepper
- 1/2 c. Chinese pea pods, diagonally sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Toasted slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Lowfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/8 tsp Grnd pepper
- 1/8 tsp Dreid rosemary
Direcciones
- Combine grapes, chicken, peppers, pea pods, almonds and onions. Toss with Creamy Herb Dressing.
- Serves 6.
- Creamy Herb Dressing: Combine mayonnaise and plain lowfat yogurt with salt and mustard. Crushed or possibly rub the dry herbs as they get added to the bowl.
- Mix well.
