Ingredientes
- 1 lrg grapefruit cut into sections, and minced
- 1/2 x red bell pepper chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1 tsp chopped jalapeno
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine the grapefruit, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and sugar; mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and extra virgin olive oil; mix well and pour over the grapefruit mix.
- Toss well, cover, and refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs before serving.

- Comments: Instant sunshine! The crisp citrus and sharp heat from jalepeno peppers give this salsa a bright, fresh flavor. This is great served over grilled chicken or possibly flank steak, or possibly as a dip with tortilla chips.
