Receta Grapenut Custard Pudding

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 quart Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. Grapenut cereal, (or possibly more if you want) Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs lightly; add in sugar and salt then stir in lowfat milk. Add in vanilla & nutmeg. Grease a 2 quart baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grapenuts.
- Add in custard mix. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hr and 30 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
