Receta Grated Potato Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. Sifted enriched flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Potatoes Butter or possibly bacon drippings
Direcciones
- Beat egg with a little of the lowfat milk. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the remaining lowfat milk, beating till mix is smooth.
- Wash and peel potatoes, grate directly into batter, then beat well.
- Fry on a warm greased griddle and serve warm with crisply fried bacon, with stewed berries, or possibly with applesauce.
