Receta Great Speckled Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. low-fat lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Stir in melted butter.
- Heat griddle to 400 degrees. Pour approximately 1/2 c. batter for each pancake. A Jones Family favorite!!
