Receta Greek Lemon Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh)
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 pound skinned chicken
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. all purpose flour
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well, add in chicken, cover and refrigeratefor 8 hrs. Remove chicken from marinade. Place chicken in bag which has flour and shake to cover pcs. Heat oil in a skillet. Add in chicken and brown. Drain on paper towel. Place chicken in an 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and baked at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till tender. To serve add in parsley and lemon slices and serve with rice or possibly noodles.
