Receta Greek Spinach Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Phyllo dough
- 2 pkg. leaf spinach, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 pkg. feta cheese
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Grease baking dish. Mix spinach, cheese and Large eggs together. In baking dish, put down a few layers of Phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Spread some spinach mix on top and layer again with Phyllo. Spread remaining mix and cover again with a few Phyllo sheets. Brush with slightly beaten egg and bake in 350 degree oven till Phyllo is golden brown on top. Serve immediately. Good with soup and French bread.
