Receta Green Apple Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. green apples
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 1/2 c. cooked. cubed chicken
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 3 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Crisp salad greens
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
- Chutney
Direcciones
- Core and dice apples, add in lime or possibly lemon juice. Stir in chicken and rice. Blend mayonnaise, almonds, onion, curry pwdr and salt. Stir into apple mix. Chill. Mound salad on greens. Sprinkle with curry pwdr. Garnish with lime and chutney. Carry in cooler to picnic. 6 to 8 servings.
