Receta Sopa De Arroz

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Corn oil
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, mashed
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 2Â 1/2 c. Chicken stock (see index)
Direcciones
- 1. Saute/fry the dry rice in oil over low heat for 5 min.
- 2. Add in the onion and garlic and saute/fry another 5 min.
- 3. Add in salt and pepper to taste and stir in the stock.
- 4. Cover tightly and finish cooking over your lowest heat for 30 to 40 min or possibly till the stock is absorbed. This is a sopa seca, or possibly dry soup.
