Receta Green Bean Pasta Bake

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Macaroni
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 c. Mushroom, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, dry
- 1 tsp Rosemary, dry
- 1 tsp Grnd cummin
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 14 1/2 ounce Can stewed tomatoes
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 16 ounce Can green beans, liquid removed
- 1 c. Monterey jack, shredded
Direcciones
- Cook pasta per package directions, drain and set aside. In 10 inch skillet cook onion, mushrooms and seasoning till onion is tender. Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook uncovered over medium high heat for another 5 min.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the pasta, green beans and 1/2 c. of shredded monterey cheese. Season to taste with salt& pepper. Stir well to mix then pour into an 8 X 12 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Options: Add in a little grated parmesan to topping.
