Receta Green Beans Grecian Style

Ingredientes
- 2 can green beans, drained2 onions, thinly sliced, then separated into rings
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. Coca-Cola
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Direcciones
- In a large pot, combine the garlic, parsley, sugar, oregano, mustard, salt, Coke, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar. Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Add in green beans and onions. Toss lightly. Pour into double gallon zip-lock bag and store in cooler overnight. Serve chilled or possibly as warm veggie.
