- 6 c. cut green beans
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 tsp hazelnut oil
- 1/4 c. minced toasted hazelnuts

- Heat the broth in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the green beans, cover, and steam for 3 min. Remove the green beans.
- Add in the white wine and hazelnut oil to the broth. Bring to a boil and reduce by 1/4.
- Return the green beans to the skillet, add in the hazelnuts, and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
