Receta Green Beans With Sugared Walnuts

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 lb Fresh string beans, trimmed
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a heavy skillet and add in walnuts. Lightly brown, then add in sugar and mix well. Continue to cook for 3 minutes. on med. heat. Set aside.
- Place green beans in a large pot with sufficient water to cover; bring to a boil. Cook till bright green, but still slightly crunchy. Drain and add in to the walnut mix. Mix well.
- Makes 8 servings.
