  • 420 slices bread
  • 17.5 pounds Cheese Jack,shredded
  • 17.5 pounds green chilies, roasted and peeled
  • 8.75 gallon milk
  • 29 doz eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 3/4 cups green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups + 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups + 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon salt
  • 17.5 pounds cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Grease hotel pans.
  2. 2. PLACE bread in bottom of prepared baking dish; top with Monterey Jack cheese. Sprinkle with chiles.
  3. 3. COMBINE milk, eggs, green onion, hot pepper sauce and salt in small bowl. Pour over bread and cheese; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
