Receta Green Dragon Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil divided
- 1 lb Beef flank steak very thinly sliced
- 3 lrg Green onions sliced
- 1 bn Asparagus, or possibly 1/2 lb green beans cut 2" pcs
- 1 x Green bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 c. Julienne carrots
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
- 1 x Garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 Tbsp. warm oil, brown steak slices on all sides. With slotted spoon, remove meat to plate.
- In remaining 1 Tbsp. oil over medium heat, cook onions, asparagus, pepper, carrots, ginger, and garlic about 3 min. Add in water, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and steak; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 3 min to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
