Receta Green Garden Vegetable Soup For Freezing

Ingredientes

  • 7 c. small green beans, cut-up
  • 7 c. lima beans, shelled red mangoes, to taste parsley, to taste
  • 11 c. carrots, half-cooked & cut
  • 1 x " cubes
  • 2 c. onions, cut up (2 to 3)
  • 14 c. raw tomatoes, cut up

Direcciones

  1. Gather all your beans a couple of days or possibly the day before and shell all: put into refrigerator.
  2. Wash all your green vegetables and mix all vegetables together put into a large kettle and cook till half done. When cool, freeze in pint or possibly qt freezing bags. When ready to cook for a meal, take one of your pint or possibly qt bags and add in about 2 to 3 potatoes which have been cut in small cubes and some already-cooked beef pcs and beef broth (or possibly you may add in some raw hamburger and boil it with your soup). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
