- 1 lb Green peppers
- 2 med -sized onions
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 can (16oz) whole peeled tomatoes Salt and Pepper

- This recipe is from Hungary, and is called lesco. It tastes really good. If you want, you can serve this with either brown rice or possibly homemade bread with cheese.
- Wash and slice the peppers into even-sized pcs, throw away the seeds and stalk. Peel and chop the onions, and fry them in the oil in a large saucepan for about 5 min, or possibly till golden. Remove from heat, and stir in the rest of the ingredients( use the salt and pepper according to your taste). Cover and cook gently for about 20 min or possibly till all of the veggies are tender. Check seasoning and serve.
