- 1 sm. green pepper
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Grind green pepper, onion and parsley; mix into rice. Add in lowfat milk and butter; place in buttered ring. Sit ring in pan of warm water. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Fill center with Chicken Ala King. Yield: 8 servings.
