Receta Chicken Ala King
Ingredientes
- 4 chickens, cooked and deboned
- 2 lbs. butter
- 4 c. flour
- 4 quarts. rich lowfat milk
- 4 quarts. chicken broth
- 3 jars pimento (optional)
- 2 green peppers (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash's seasoning
Direcciones
- Heat butter; stir in flour and cook over low heat till bubbles.
- Add in a qt of lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
- Add in rest of lowfat milk and broth that have been heated.
- Add in chicken, seasonings, pimento, and green pepper.
- Serve over bread or biscuits.
- Makes 1 large electric roaster.
- More broth or lowfat milk can be added if you prefer it a little thinner.
