Receta Green Salad With Oranges And Red Onion

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar, (see glossary)
- 2 Tbsp. honey or possibly sugar Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed dry and torn
- 2 c. canned mandarin orange slices, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion

- MAKES 6 SERVINGS. VEGAN (HONEY)
- Mix the dressing right in the salad bowl, then add in the salad ingredients and toss thoroughly.
- In a salad bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Add in remaining ingredients; toss well.
- Makes 6 servings.
- VARIATION: This salad also works well with other lettuces, such as green leaf.
- Slice the onions for a different presentation.
