Receta Green Tomato Catsup

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. onions
- 1 quart. vinegar
- 1 peck green tomatoes
- 3 c. sugar
- Warm red or possibly green peppers to taste
- 1/2 box of mixed pickling spices, tied up in cloth bag
Direcciones
- Chop up onions and tomatoes. Soak overnight in weak salted water. Drain very good. Mix onions, vinegar, sugar, and tomatoes all in cooker and cook slow till done. Add in salt and warm peppers to taste.
