Receta Grilled Artichokes With Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon, juice
- 1 lb medium artichoke extra virgin olive oil Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise
- 8 x garlic, cloves
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon, juice
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- Add in lemon juice to a bowl of 11/2 litres cool water. Trim artichoke, cut off stems and top third. Cut artichokes in half lengthwise and remove fuzzy choke. Dip immediately into water to avoid discoloration.
- Boil artichokes till tender, about 8 min. Drain and brush with oil, then grill till browned, about 10 min.
- Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise:Wrap unpeeled garlic cloves in foil and grill for 30 min or possibly till soft.
- Squeeze roasted Garlic into a food processor and add in mayonnaise, lemon juice and cayenne and blend till smooth.
