Receta Grilled Breast Of Chicken With Lemon Tarragon Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp crushed dry tarragon
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed New Mexico red chile
- 6 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves, 3-4 ounce. each
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a large glass container.
- Add in the chicken breast to the marinade, cover, and chill overnight.
- Turn the chicken at least once while marinating.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill about 6 min on each side or possibly till done basting at least twice with the marinade during the cooking process.
