Receta Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice, plus 2 tsp.
- 3/4 tsp Orange peel
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 3/4 tsp Fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
Direcciones
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hrs or possibly up to 48 hrs. Grill or possibly broil the chicken for about 6 min per side till no trace of pink remains.
- The recommended wines are: Chablis, Merlot, or possibly Pinot Noir.
- NOTES :Prep: 10 minutes, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 10 minutes.
