Receta Grilled Chicken Brochettes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Plain non-fat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Feta cheese
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped rosemary
- 1/4 c. Sliced scallions
- 1 lb Chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
- 2 x Red bell peppers - cut Grilled asparagus
Direcciones
- Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic, rosemary and scallions. Add in the cubed chicken breasts and coat well with mix. Season with salt and pepper and marinate for one hour. Drain chicken from marinade. Using wooden skewers, thread the chicken and the cut red bell peppers onto skewers. You can add in your favorite vegetables onto skewer. Place on barbecue and grill till cooked through, about 10 min.
- Serve with grilled asparagus.
