Receta Grilled Chicken Tostadas

Ingredientes
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes w/ garlic and onion
- 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans, liquid removed
- 2 tsp Chopped jalapeno, optional
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 c. Cubed grilled chicken or possibly turkey
- 4 x Flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Combine tomatoes, beans, jalapeno and cumin in skillet. Add in cooked chicken.
- Heat 5 min or possibly till thickened.
- Arrange tortillas in a single layer on grill over medium coals. Srpead about 3/4 c. chicken mix over each tortilla. Top with cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cook about 3 min or possibly till bottom of tortilla browns and cheese melts. Serve with salsa and garnish with shredded lettuce and diced avacado if you like.
