Receta Grilled Corn Salsa
This is the perfect recipe for Spring and Summer. Packed with flavors that everyone will enjoy! you can add more peppers for more heat. This will become a favorite I'm sure. This is my first recipe to share, so excited!
Ingredientes
- 4 ears corn, husked and silks removed and nonstick cooking spray
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion ( 1 small )
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lime wedges (optional)
Direcciones
- Coat corn with cooking spray and cook on directly on grill 12 to 16 minutes or until tender (grilling is a must, it adds so much flavor) . When corn is cool enough to handle remove kernels from cobs (about 2 cups). Add everything together and chill for at least 2 hours.
