Receta Grilled Corn With Tarragon Butter

Ingredientes
- 8 x cobs corn, husks intact
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Prepare Tarragon Butter: In small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix till well blended. Roll into log using wax pepper. Cover and chill. For best results, it should be prepared early in the day.
- Cook corn on warm grill about 15 min, turning every 5 min. Slice butter into 1/4-inch circles and serve with warm corn.
